Looks like Virgin Books is going to release Steve Fossett's biography in Sept, 2005. Definitely on my to read list.

Also, I see that Steve Fossett and Richard Branson are teaming up again for "The Ultimate Flight". From stevefossett.com:

The flight is planned for early in 2006, aiming to fly around 4,000 miles further than any plane or balloon has flown. Steve Fossett will again fly solo, non-stop and without refuelling in the Burt Rutan designed Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer.
